Are Councillors Paid to Rubber Stamp – or Question Things on behalf of the Ratepayer
It seems Councillor Goudie endorses roughshodding and being nothing more than a rubber stamp machine to fiscal decisions made from our Council Control Organisations.

You might be able to figure there is a few slightly annoyed ratepayers and Councillors after Goudie’s near flippant remark.
