Monday 10th September – Ticketing Changes on Auckland Trains
Monday 10 September 2012 – REMEMBER THAT DATE IF YOU CATCH THE TRAINS!
Because On-board Train Staff come Monday 10 September 2012 will no longer sell the following tickets to passengers:
- 10-Trip Tickets (all stages and both adult and kiddies)
- Day Rovers
- Discovery Passes
- Family Passes
Basically only Singe Trip and Super Gold tickets will be sold on-board the trains!
Check the embedded brochures below to see where you can get your 10-Trip and Day Passes from – any question ring Auckland Transport.
From Monday 10 September 2012, these big blue machines go live:
This is the Ticketing and Top Up Machine where from September 10 you can buy your single trip tickets.
Some will take EFTPOS and cash, while others just cash (although Papakura is just EFTPOS only at the moment)
Referring to the brochures above, other products will be available from these blue machines as AT-HOP is rolled out across Auckland.

MAKE SURE YOU ARE PREPARED COME MONDAY – for the start of an exciting new journey towards a fully integrated public transport system
