Time for Some Accountability and Performance
Auckland Council Accountability and Performance Committee to Meet
Thursday 13 September the powerful Auckland Council Accountability and Performance Committee meets. Looking through the agenda (embedded below) it seems seven Council Control Organisations (CCOs) are up for giving a report to the Councillors (and Mayor) before the Committee (which is essentially the entire Governing Body) gets to ask some question back to the CCOs.
I am still looking through the agenda and forming some questions of my own for each of the seven CCOs. But in the duration I hope our Councillors do not turn into a hapless bunch and actually grow some back bone and ask the CCOs some blood tough questions over their performance over the last year/quarter(s) (I know some Councillors will).

As I said earlier, I shall go away and formulate some questions of my own I wish to ask (but will never be able to 
) of the CCO’s which cause the greatest concern to me.
