Spotted Letter To Editor on Integrated Ticketing

I’ll let the letter speak for its self on this person’s disappointment with integrated ticketing.
However depending on which 10-trip stage ticket this letter writer uses is depending on whether they will get savings or extra costs from switching over to AT-HOP stored value from the 28th of October as I described in my FARE INCREASE? post yesterday and seen again in the chart embedded below
I wonder how many more Letters to the Editor there will be over this…
