First Pre Hearing

The first Pre Hearing for the Unitary Plan gets under-way on September 2nd. This particular Pre Hearing will cover E-Plan, and “Miscellaneous” matters. To keep up to date with the Hearings in particular the Hearings order please go here: http://www.aupihp.govt.nz/hearings/ 

Under “Hearing 002 – Eplan and miscellaneous” you can see the first set of files for the Pre-hearing. Each of those Hearing topics will contain such set a set of files with information relevant to the topic at hand. So again under Hearing 002 we are looking at the Eplan and miscellaneous matters.

First the notice you will get about a Pre Hearing if your submissions falls into that Pre Hearing category:

 

After that notice you will be directed to read the Parties and Issues report which outlines the Pre Hearing at hand and the context of the matters pertaining to that Pre Hearing. Note: Reading the Parties and Issues report is compulsory especially if you plan to be heard at a Pre Hearing or standard Hearing
