Request has come back

 

 

Auckland Transport have replied to the first of my three Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act (LGOIMA) requests. This particular LGOIMA was on the Operations Plan post City Rail Link.

A bit more of a long story; I had filed the LGOIMA soon after Auckland Transport had given the rather surprised update on the City Rail Link in regards to Mt Eden and Newton Stations but nothing on what the new operations plan might be. So I filed the LGOIMA request to see if I could tease it out of AT. Well three days later (and after the request) the Ops Plan was posted up in draft form at the CRL link above. However, I kept the LGOIMA open to see if anything else might pop up. It didn’t but I still call the request a success none the less given that the main Council is playing around with budgets and Electric Train numbers.
