I think we have a problem Auckland Council and Auckland Transport, one that seems to be a perennial issue:

The document also gives indication which way Auckland Transport and for that matter Auckland Council might move in the Long Term Plan deliberations around Transport. That said they need not accept every recommendation in there depending which way submissions fell in each Local Board area.
