1. Ben, I fully concur with Esther. Your blog is important to those of us who despair at the state of Auckland, particularly the transport, port and cost of housing. Central government is head in the sand and lacking of the leadership that is necessary to enable us to have a city we can be proud of. I look forward to you being back.

2. 😦 You do a good job Ben and an important job and I’ve enjoyed your blog. Who do we have left for independent analysis on Auckland Council. Having an opinion or speaking your truth can be a tough road though,and Council is a big beast . Asking Questions and having your own opinion was never gonna be an easy road.. Hope you sleep on it and reconsider. And to those bum biters – back off!
