Auckland to hold the Expo twice

 

Great news for Armageddon Expo fans like me.

This came from Twitter earlier today:

 

That is right in March next year Armageddon is coming to Manukau, South Auckland!

 

The big Greenlane event held over Labour Weekend will still occur next year.

 

This means Auckland will be hosting the event twice and if anything like last year was to go by I would wager both events to be packed out quickly.

 

With nine months notice this would be ample time for Auckland Transport to pull finger. That is:

1. Extra rail services to Manukau
2. Extra Great South Road (471/472) buses
3. 10 minute frequent shuttles from Manukau Station to the expo site (the walk is 30 minutes) 

 

Whether Auckland Transport does pull finger though is something else entirely.

 

Still; great news to see TWO Armageddon Expos in Auckland with one to be housed in the South!
