Highlights from Day One of the Unitary Plan Hearings

Yesterday marked the start of four days of hearings on the Centres and Business Zones of the Proposed Auckland Unitary Plan.

While most of yesterday was spent on the Panel quizzing the Council Planners on various aspects of the Plan in regards to the Centres and Business Zones, I did give my presentation yesterday as well (an hour early due to things proceeding efficiently).

While Council was giving their evidence and answering questions from the Panel I (along with other submitters present) were taking notes for our own various reasons.
