Maturing of a City

 

One of my favourite ways to test out my urban and transport planning skills is to fire up Cities Skylines and develop my cities.

My current city is Layton City (on the tropical map) that currently has 154,000 people residing in it.

That said these next set of photos are when Layton City was at 150,000 and before I opened up some limited ore and oil industry districts. Otherwise Layton City is an export City of agriculture, horticulture and forestry products (the City exports more than it imports).
