First stage of the Interchange under way

Yesterday on my way to the my final Unitary Plan hearing in Manukau on Manukau I passed the works that will be the Manukau Bus Interchange from next year.

The current earthworks:

Going to be interesting given the view conveyed by a Big Submitter, the Independent Hearings Panel and myself that Manukau City Centre’s future growth will exceed all Council modelling done on it thus far…
