If you love your community and want to have a say on how it will be shaped over the next three years then don’t forget to get your Local Board Plan submissions in. You have until August 6 to get it in.

I am busy writing up both my Papakura, and Otara-Papatoetoe Local Board Plan submissions for consideration by the Local Boards. Once the submissions are complete I will post them up to the blog.

 

Area Plan Submissions Open

 

 

From July 21 until August 17 the Otara-Papatoetoe Local Board have their Area Plan open for submissions as well.

I am also getting a submission written up for the Area Plan as it has direct effect on the Manukau City Centre – a project very close to my heart.

 

So don’t forget to get your submissions in. It can be on the form that was sent out by the Local Boards or it could be a 70 pager (no I am not doing that again after the Unitary Plan) but the main point is get it in before closing date.
