I am going to try something a bit different in the Transport Funding (that I call the Alternative Transport Funding Package) debate. Rather than the long written essays I am going to try some audio pod casts no longer than five minutes per podcast. Each pod-cast will cover a different aspect of the Alternative Transport Funding Package that was released by the Mayor Len Brown, and the Independent Advisory Board. For each pod cast I will also have reference links and reference embeds relevant to that pod-cast attached to the blog post the pod-cast is on. There might be some cases I have to do a particular pod-cast in two five-minute blocks if the material is meaty but I shall let you know when I have done so.

So without further ado (and seeming there is enough material to debate on for a while to come) I present the first pod-cast. Apologies if I sound like I have the nerves, I did but with practice come perfection as they say. Feedback and critiques are welcome (providing you follow The Rules) in the comment boxes below.
