Report under way and to be reported back

 

Earlier in the month I sent a letter to Auckland Transport and Mayor Len Brown on why the delays on the Manukau Rail South Link. You can read the letter here: Letter to the Mayor and Auckland Transport: Waiting on the Manukau South Link #BetterAuckland

 

The Mayor’s Office replied yesterday to my letter stating:

On behalf of the Mayor, thank you for your email regarding rail in Manukau.

Mayor Brown has asked the appropriate senior staff to look into this as a matter of priority and report back to him. We will respond once we have received the information.

……..

 

We are waiting for the report back so the wheels turn again on this project.

I will post the response from the Mayor’s Office once they have done so.
