A prelude into why I don’t hold much confidence in this new CCO

 

 

As mentioned on Thursday the Governing Body of Auckland Council resolved to send out to consultation the proposals around the merging of Waterfront Auckland, and Auckland Council Property Development Limited to give us Development Auckland.
