As mentioned on Thursday the Governing Body of Auckland Council resolved to send out to consultation the proposals around the merging of Waterfront Auckland, and Auckland Council Property Development Limited to give us Development Auckland.

The Weekend Analysis gives a brief look at this new CCO, its honest potential, but its grim hopes owing to factors that are not within itself:
