Creating fit for purpose legislation for our cities
With the Election in full swing there is talk about replacing the Resource Management Act with some kind of Urban Planning legislation. National was first off the ranks with this announcement and most likely others will reply one way or the other.
But rather than writing off what National has proposed there are merits into having legislation framed around our Cities – something lacking at the moment.
